We’re proud to provide multiple safe delivery options for your convenience, whether that means picking up your kitten at the airport or having them delivered right to your doorstep. If you’d like to meet us in person, cattery visits can be arranged by appointment only, and are available when we currently have kittens.
Our Breeding Goals

We work exclusively with original Maine Coon foundation lines, prioritizing the breed’s well-being with every planned mating. At Flawless Maine Coon, we breed within the TICA (The International Cat Association) standards—not only to preserve the breed’s physical and behavioral traits but also to ensure long-term health and sound genetics.

Majestic in appearance and gentle at heart, the Maine Coon is one of the most beloved cat breeds in the world—and for good reason. Known as the “gentle giant” of the feline world, Maine Coons are affectionate without being clingy, playful yet easygoing, and intelligent without being high-maintenance.
Despite their large size, Maine Coons are famously sweet-tempered, loyal, and incredibly friendly—making them wonderful companions for families, individuals, and even households with other pets.
🧠 Temperament
Maine Coons are:
Friendly and sociable with people of all ages
Highly intelligent, easily trainable, and responsive to voice commands
Gentle and affectionate without being overly needy
Often described as having a “clown-like personality”—entertaining, curious, and occasionally mischievous in the most charming ways
Known for following their humans around the house but not insisting on being lap cats
📏 Size & Growth
Maine Coons are a slow-maturing breed, typically not reaching full size and coat maturity until around 4 years of age.
Adult Males: Usually weigh 18–22 pounds, with some reaching even higher
Adult Females: Typically 12–15 pounds, still much larger than the average domestic cat
Their sturdy bone structure, broad chest, and long, bushy tails add to their impressive presence and regal stature.
🎨 Coat Colors & Patterns
Maine Coons come in a stunning variety of colors and coat patterns, adding to their mystique and appeal.
Most common include:
Brown, Red (Orange), and Silver Tabbies (with or without white)
Patterns such as:
Classic (swirling, marble cake-like patterns)
Mackerel (narrow, vertical striping)
Ticked (individual hairs banded with multiple colors)
You’ll also find solid colors such as:
Black
White
Blue (grey)
❌ The only color/pattern not accepted is “pointed” (like Siamese cats), which is not part of the Maine Coon breed standard.
⏳ Life Expectancy
Maine Coons are generally healthy, long-lived cats with an average lifespan of 13.5+ years, though many live well into their late teens with proper care.
🧶 Activity Level & Personality
Maine Coons are playful and engaging well into adulthood. Kittens, as expected, are more energetic—but even mature Maine Coons enjoy games and interactive toys.
Many enjoy games like fetch, walking on a leash, or learning tricks (especially when treats are involved!)
Their playful, dog-like behavior makes them ideal for families with kids and other pets
They enjoy participating in household routines and “helping” their humans with daily tasks
